About PNT

Pacific Northwest Telco, Inc. (PNT) began April 4, 2002. Based in Portland Oregon, we provide voice and data services to business customers nationwide. PNT has three principal owners with 60+ years of experience in the voice and data communications business. Our team is comprised of field technicians, project managers, account managers, sales personnel and support staff all committed to providing customers with a superior experience.

We will answer your calls and emails quickly, and follow-up with you when you leave a message. We will help you sort through all the over promises of the telecommunications industry, and be pleasant to work with. We will strive to always do things correctly and when we make a mistake, we will react appropriately and timely to address the issue. We won’t make excuses or blame a third party for any problem.

PNT wants to earn your business with hard work and integrity, build your trust through reliability and honesty, and develop a long term business relationship based on consistency and responsiveness. Choosing an Internet or voice service provider does not have be a negative experience.
